We recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel with your Sender Details CLEARLY PRINTED on the outside of the bag. Please ensure that the contents are well protected and retain the Bar Code label for your reference should tracking (13 13 18) be required from Australia Post. Please read the Australia Post Service Conditions on the back of the bag. Another alternative shipment method is by a secured courier. Please download and complete the Polar Service Return Form below and include with your repair.
